EPIC Employee Benefits Solution Group Wins Multiple Communicator Awards

Team Recognized in Excellence and Distinction Categories

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is pleased to announce the award-winning work of its Communications & Engagement (C&E) Team. The team won an Award of Excellence and three Awards of Distinction in the 27th annual Communicator Awards competition, which honors the best digital, mobile, audio, video and social content in the industry.

The Award of Excellence went to its work on an integrated Human Resources (HR) and Benefits campaign, while Awards of Distinction were given for the team’s work on a brochure, campaign and employee benefits website.

“We’re excited that the incredible efforts of our C&E Team have been recognized on a national level,” said Kenneth O’Quinn, C&E creative director. “We see the benefits our clients derive from these important communications, and the recognition from The Communicator Awards reinforces the industry-leading quality of our work.”

Judged and overseen by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA), The Communicator Awards is the largest and most competitive awards program honoring creative excellence for communications professionals. Winners who received the competition’s highest honor, the Award of Excellence, include UFC, PepsiCo, Forbes, BoxMedia, WWE, Microsoft, Code Red, GmbH, Comcast and Disney Creative Studios.

More than 6,000 entries were received from around the world. In determining winners, entries were judged on their merits against a standard of excellence considering the category entered.

“The work entered in to this year’s 27th Annual Communicator Awards is even more impressive than in seasons past. This year’s entries are a truly stellar embodiment of our ‘Communication is everything’ tagline,” noted Eva McCloskey, managing director of the AIVA. She added, “On behalf of the Academy, I would like to thank all of this season’s entrants for their willingness to produce such boundary-pushing, effective, and outstanding work.”
