TRA Completes Acquisition of Total Retirement Solutions, Inc.

APPLETON, WI  – The Retirement Advantage, Inc. (TRA), an independently-owned, top-tier national retirement services company, has announced the acquisition of Total Retirement Solutions, Inc. (TRS) of St. Louis, MO.

“This acquisition will allow TRA to serve plan advisors and sponsors in the St. Louis metro area and the surrounding Midwest region. This continues our national expansion and commitment to the highest levels of service that our current clients experience,” said Matt Schoneman, TRA’s President and Owner. “This acquisition also enables us to bring our technology and efficiency to TRS clients. Our goal is to ensure a seamless experience for the new clients and partners we are welcoming to TRA.

The strategic acquisition of TRS was completed May 31, 2021. With the acquisition, TRA is committed to continuing to support the financial advisor and recordkeeping partners of TRS with customized retirement plan solutions that exceed business owner’s and employee’s retirement plan goals.
