Founded in 2005 and based in San Francisco, CMC provides people consulting services to small companies in the life sciences and high-tech industries ranging from one-person consulting HR leaders to full interim teams for fast-growing startups. The company serves as a strategic HR partner to organizations in these high-growth industries, with some customers progressing from one employee to IPO in just a year. With the acquisition, 65 CMC team members and 140 customers will transition to OneDigital.
