NFP Launches Executive Benefits Initiative Focused on the Healthcare Industry

NASHVILLE – NFP, a leading insurance broker and consultant that provides property and casualty (P&C), corporate benefits, retirement, and individual solutions, today announced its NFP Executive Benefits business unit has launched an initiative to deliver executive benefits solutions to healthcare organizations. The new initiative, which is based out of Nashville, is being led by Sydney Ball, vice president, business development. Ball will help key executives, physicians, employers and vendors in the healthcare space better understand and address a variety of executive benefits issues that have a direct impact on growth and results.

As one of the nation’s largest healthcare hubs, there are more than 500 healthcare companies in the greater Nashville area. As these organizations work to grow their businesses and practices, they need expertise from specialists to help them identify their goals and navigate to solutions that help to achieve them.

Ball, who received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from Nashville-based Lipscomb University, has more than a decade of marketing and business development experience working with organizations across middle and west Tennessee.
