Grant Mulkey Joins Stinson's Labor, Employment & Benefits Practice in Washington, D.C.

Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome Of Counsel Grant Mulkey to the Labor, Employment & Benefits division in Washington, D.C. Mulkey has extensive experience assisting clients on a wide variety of labor and employment issues throughout the country.

Mulkey focuses his practice on traditional labor law matters, including collective bargaining, contract administration, and representing clients in grievance arbitrations and administrative proceedings. He has advised clients regarding issues arising under the National Labor Relations Act, the Railway Labor Act, and the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute.

Earlier in his career, Mulkey represented numerous union clients, including serving as Senior Counsel for Labor Relations for the National Air Traffic Controllers Association. His previous experience representing labor organizations enables him to provide a unique and valuable perspective when advising clients regarding their labor relations.
