Shrewsbury, NJ October 28, 2021 -- National Professional Planning Group, Inc. (“NPPG”) is delighted to announce the acquisition of Consulting Actuaries Incorporated (CAI) of Fairfield, New Jersey. The acquisition furthers NPPG’s strategic commitment to growth and providing a wide range of integrated services for our clients with emphasis on compliance and fiduciary services. 

With offices in New Jersey, Florida, Texas, and PA, NPPG provides ERISA 3(16) administrative fiduciary services, Pooled Plan Provider (PPP) services, retirement plan administration and actuarial consulting to businesses, government entities, non-profits, associations, and Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) throughout the United States.

(CAI), an independent third-party administrator and actuarial consulting firm, has provided clients ranging in size from one to over a thousand employees, covering all types of qualified pension plans: 401(k), profit sharing, defined benefit, and cash balance with third party administration, and actuarial services. CAI’s clients will continue to be supported by the combined NPPG and CAI team of experienced pension and retirement professionals committed to providing exceptional personalized service.
