Definiti Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

HOUSTON – Definiti, a leading national retirement services firm, today announced that it has appointed Randall Koubek as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Koubek comes to Definiti with more than twenty years of financial, accounting and merger and acquisition experience. Koubek has previously served as CFO for Digital Media Solutions, Spectrio LLC, Bonnier Corporation and Thompson Media.

As CFO, Mr. Koubek will lead the company’s finance group, play a key role in acquisitions, and be responsible for the company’s financial strategy. He will report directly to Tom Gaillard, president and CEO.

Koubek holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Florida.
