Acquisition Continues Growth and Strengthens Market Presence Throughout New England

ATLANTA, GA – OneDigital, the nation's leading insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm, has acquired Benemax. Located in Medfield, MA, the addition of Benemax strengthens the firm’s presence in the New England states.

Since its founding in 1985, Benemax has specialized in benefit design, claims administration, compliance, employee health and wellness strategies, COBRA and Flexible Spending Account administration. Benemax’s approach to client engagements is consultative and analytical in nature, highly oriented towards client and member service and focused on achieving measurable results.
