Cohen & Buckmann p.c. is pleased to announce attorney Lauri B. London’s elevation to partner.  A boutique New-York based law firm, Cohen & Buckman ‘s practice includes executive compensation and employee benefits, investment adviser regulatory, entrepreneurship and ERISA. Lauri advises investment advisers, as well as executives and entrepreneurs in many industries. They look to her sophisticated advice on matters ranging from executive compensation, restrictive covenants, and corporate law to compliance and regulation of investment advisers.  Lauri reflects on her time with the firm,  “I am thrilled to have expanded my practice to include advice to individual executives in employment and compensation matters.  The cherry on top is being promoted to partner in a firm the caliber of Cohen & Buckmann.”

Lauri joined the Firm in 2018 after 15 years of practice both in-house and in a large New York City law firm. She earned her undergraduate degree from Lehigh University and law degree from Columbia University.
