GLASTONBURY, Conn. –  USI Consulting Group (USICG), one of the nation’s largest retirement and benefit consulting firms, today announced the launch of a new Retirement Readiness Calculator program for retirement plan participants, offering retirement planning and consultation services in partnership with Financial Endurance and Ash Brokerage. Since 1975, USICG has provided plan advice, consulting and administrative services to over 3,800 retirement plan sponsor clients and 450,000 participants with $35.5 billion of plan assets. The new Retirement Readiness Calculator program offers access to advanced planning resources, personalized support, customized solutions and leading financial products to address the lifetime income needs of retiring participants.

Participants receive a personalized retirement strategy, including a retirement income needs assessment, recommended basic expense estimates and a retirement income plan using the lifetime income products menu available through Ash Brokerage.

Direct Solutions® is a bundled DC service program that provides independent investment advisory services, comprehensive employee communication and education, cost-effective administration and compliance services delivered by a dedicated team of USICG professionals.
