Megan Lynch Appointed Senior Vice President, Premier Broker Partnerships of Chubb Workplace Benefits.

Reporting to Alex Faynberg, Megan’s responsibilities now will include serving as executive liaison leading Chubb Workplace Benefits enterprise-wide engagement and relationship management efforts with key broker distributors, toward continually uncovering areas of opportunity.

Megan most recently served as Chubb Workplace Benefits Vice President, Distribution and Sales, developing its first broker strategy initiative toward managing Chubb’s largest trading partners. She has two decades of broad-based experience in broker relationship management, business development, strategic initiatives and team leadership.  

Prior to joining Chubb in 2019, Megan spent nearly a decade with Lincoln Financial group in various roles, leading broker strategy and managing the company’s St. Louis office. Earlier, she worked as broker for both Lockton and Marsh/Mercer. Megan holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Ohio, and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University in St. Louis.
