Firm continues to expand M&A practice to meet marketplace demand

ATLANTA –  OneDigital, a leading insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm, today announced the company has hired Peter Sims as Vice President of Corporate Development, Retirement & Wealth. Sims will join OneDigital’s Mergers & Acquisitions team to support the company’s rapid rotation into wealth management.

Sims comes to OneDigital with more than 30 years of financial services and corporate development experience, most recently as President of PayForED, a Student Loan Repayment and Advisory for employers, schools and individuals. Prior to PayForED, Sims served in leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, Lincoln Financial Group and Co-founder of ENSPIRE Investments. Sims’ diverse knowledge of financial strategy and his proven track record of delivering profitable growth will be invaluable for OneDigital as the company accelerates its growth.
