Barron Dorf Joins OneDigital as Regional Vice President of Growth for the West Region

Irvine, CA –  OneDigital, a leading insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm, welcomes Barron Dorf as Regional Vice President of Growth. In this role, Dorf will lead the Employee Benefits Growth Team for OneDigital’s Southern California market covering San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, as well as Utah, Nevada and Arizona. OneDigital’s West region has led the organization in organic growth. As Regional Vice President of Growth, Dorf will continue to support organic growth in the region by providing strategic guidance to the Growth Team and continued focus on helping businesses navigate the healthcare landscape with holistic workforce solutions.

With more than 25 years in the industry, Dorf is an expert in Employee Benefits. He most recently served as Managing Director at Unum where he managed the Southern California field offices for the last 15 years. Dorf replaces Lily Lam who was recently promoted to National Vice President of Sales Strategy at OneDigital.
