Josephine Miles joins as Vice President of Corporate Real Estate Services and Facilities Management, and Allyse Denmark joins as Vice President of Internal Communications. Both enter the OneDigital leadership team as external hires, adding expertise and proven success amid the company's growth.

Josephine Miles, Vice President of Corporate Real Estate Services and Facilities Management

Miles brings over 25 years of corporate real estate experience and has held leadership roles with notable companies, including The Equitable, National Life Insurance, AT&T, Cox Enterprises, and Crawford & Company®. She started her career in real estate accounting and transitioned into corporate asset & portfolio management, where she worked in various capacities and managed all aspects of real estate portfolios. In her new role, Miles will ensure that OneDigital’s corporate and regional approach to real estate and facilities services supports the strategic growth goals of the organization.

Allyse Denmark, Vice President of Internal Communications

Denmark brings over 20 years of strategic communications experience to the OneDigital team, most recently serving as Head of Corporate & Enterprise Internal Communications for Invesco Ltd. A proven leader, Denmark has a track record of developing and executing creative, strategic communications campaigns that produce measurable results. She also has expertise in leading communications for employer brand, corporate responsibility, and employee engagement programs.

As OneDigital continues to grow and begins working in new ways, it is critical to maintain the firm’s award-winning culture and tight-knit community. Denmark will develop and execute an employee communication strategy that brings to life the firm’s purpose, vision, business strategy and amplifies OneDigital as a great place to work.

The addition of Miles and Denmark comes on the heels of other strategic promotions and hires, including Sheelah Gault's promotion to Vice President of Corporate Development Operations and the addition of Peter Sims as Vice President of Corporate Development.
