Groom Leaders Accepted Into Harvard Law Leadership in Law Firms Program

Groom is looking forward to participating in the Harvard Law School Leadership in Law Firms (“LLF”) program for senior law firm leaders. We extend our congratulations to Alvaro Anillo (Executive Committee Member), Lars Golumbic (Executive Committee Member and Co-Chair of the Litigation Practice), and Christine Keller (Executive Principal) for their acceptance into the program, taking place September 18 – 23, 2022 at Harvard Law School’s campus.

LLF is an intensive study program for senior law firm leaders. The curriculum is designed to sharpen the leadership skills of law firm executives by exploring topics that include:

• Adaptive Leadership and leading change in law firms
• Promoting collaboration to drive business performance and improve client relationships
• Recruiting the right professionals and developing them effectively
• Industry disruption and drivers of innovation
