In this role, Alan will lead the continued growth of retirement plan sales with a focus on building out a nonprofit practice for OneDigital.

Alan brings extensive experience to the position, having served in senior roles at other national financial firms during his 19-year career in financial services. Most recently, Cole was the Senior Director at TIAA Financial Solutions where he led a team of retirement plan advisors focused on providing 403(b) plans to meet the needs of institutional nonprofit organizations.
