OVERLAND PARK, KS – OneDigital Investment Advisors, an SEC-registered investment adviser and wholly-owned subsidiary of OneDigital (“OneDigital”), a leading insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm, today announced Fidelis Fiduciary Management, an outsourced investment fiduciary firm that OneDigital acquired in 2020, will be rebranded to OneDigital Investment Fiduciary Services.

OneDigital Investment Fiduciary Services(IFS) provides outsourced ERISA 3(38) Investment Management and ERISA 3(21) Investment Advisory services to plan sponsors of employer-sponsored retirement plans. Additionally, OneDigital IFS has had a specialty in providing 3(38) fiduciary services to Pooled Employer Plans (PEPs) and Multiple Employer Plans (MEPs) for over a decade. As one of the few advisory firms in the country to have received certification from the Centre for Fiduciary Excellence (CEFEX), with specific certification for ERISA 3(38) Investment Management, Plan Sponsors and their advisors turn to Fidelis as trusted experts with a wealth of experience and dedication to the retirement plan industry.

All client-facing fiduciary consultants will be certified with an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation.
