OneDigital Adds New Jersey-based Retirement and Wealth Firm

ATLANTA, GA -- OneDigital Investment Advisors, an SEC-registered investment adviser and wholly-owned subsidiary of  OneDigital (“OneDigital”), a leading insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm, today announced it has acquired JFL Total Wealth Management (JFL). This acquisition of the New Jersey-based wealth management, retirement plan services and employee benefits firm marks OneDigital’s seventh strategic wealth management transaction in 2022.

JFL is a financial planning and wealth management practice specializing in comprehensive investment management, estate planning, retirement planning, proactive tax strategizing, insurance, and compliance and fiduciary services. President Jerry Lynch will be joining OneDigital along with his 5-member team, bringing approximately $300 million in assets under management across 383 private and corporate clients.
