Executive Compensation Partner David Mollo-Christensen Joins Choate

Choate announced today that David Mollo-Christensen has joined the firm as a partner in its Private Equity, Tax, and Employee Benefits groups. David counsels private equity, public, and strategic clients in a broad range of executive compensation and employee benefits matters. He has experience representing clients in all types of transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of portfolio companies, strategic acquisitions and divestitures, global public mergers, IPOs and SPACs, but has a particular focus on private equity transactions.

David received his JD from Boston College Law School and a BA from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining Choate, David was a partner in Sidley Austin’s New York office.
