Ameritas Joins the Retirement Advisor Council

East Windsor, CT – We are pleased to announce that Ameritas retirement plans has joined the Retirement Advisor Council in the Service Provider college.

Ameritas is one of 13 service providers in Council membership. The company will be represented by Jim Kais, Executive Vice President of Retirement Plans, who will participate in the Research and Strategic Issues committee.

Ameritas recently reached a key milestone in 2022, placing more than $1 billion in new asset sales and over 1,500 plans, a first in a single year for the retirement plans division. T he milestone also comes at the one-year mark of Ameritas’ acquisition of BlueStar Retirement Services, a subsidiary. that specializes in MEPs, open architecture retirement plans and in serving Registered Investment Advisers (RIAs) with a high-touch delivery model.
