Pentegra Welcomes Kevin Finnegan as Senior Vice President and General Counsel

White Plains, NY, -- Pentegra, a leading provider of retirement plan and fiduciary outsourcing solutions, named Kevin Finnegan, Senior Vice President and General Counsel.

As Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Finnegan will oversee Pentegra’s legal and compliance teams. He succeeds Robert Alin, who retired at the end of March and served as an important part of the organization’s evolution to become one of the leading institutional fiduciaries in the nation. He will report to Pentegra President and CEO, Eric Wietsma.

Finnegan brings a proven track record of strategic legal, tax and retirement experience to Pentegra. With an impressive track record of professional success, Finnegan spent much of his career at MassMutual. Most notably, he served as Lead Counsel, Tax & ERISA and Head of Workplace and Institutional Solutions Law prior to the sale of MassMutual’s retirement business to Empower. Earlier in his career he served as Vice President and Counsel at Pentegra.

He holds an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and a J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
