Endeavor Law Launches to Meet the Needs of Financial Services Firms

For emerging and growing financial services firms, Endeavor Law was formed to meet their needs.  

Prairie Village, KS – As a result of fee compression and increased litigation, financial services firms are continually required to do more with less.  For emerging and growing financial services firms, compliance, regulatory and legal burdens are substantial and can result in unexpected and burdensome costs.  While working with many of these financial services firms at Endeavor Retirement, we saw an opportunity to bridge the gap and provide a necessary service in the market.   

Endeavor Law was launched to meet the needs of emerging and growing financial services firms, including Registered Investment Advisors.  While the firm will provide a full range of services, “We are thrilled to offer a model where we make it our business to know your business,” said Founding Partner Sean Cooper.  As Partner Bonnie Treichel added, “We are proud to offer flat-fee solutions for many legal issues, including our fractional general counsel service, that would typically be hourly at many firms. About Founding Partner Sean Cooper 

Sean supports financial services firms with merger and acquisition activity, development and negotiation of complex agreements, and strategic management of risk.  He handles general regulatory and litigation matters for clients.
