Pittsburgh Consulting Firm Promotes Jessica Grande to Practice Director

PITTSBURGH — Cowden Associates, Inc. (Cowden), an Acrisure Partner and leader in compensation, employee benefits, and actuarial consulting services, announced the promotion of Jessica Grande to the role of director of the employee benefits practice.

As director, Jessica will assume full management of the employee benefits practice and will oversee strategic initiatives that will contribute to the Downtown Pittsburgh consulting firm. In her new role as director, she also joins the firm’s management team.

Jessica started in March 2021 as a consultant in Cowden’s employee benefits practice. In her role she advises clients on the intricacies of their benefits and health and welfare plans. She has a strong knowledge of plan funding strategies and implementation, compliance issues, and overall plan financial management. She is a licensed Pennsylvania Life Accident and Health agent and holds a Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation and obtained her SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification.
