Veteran Retirement Plan Sales Professional Joins TRA

APPLETON, WI  – The Retirement Advantage, Inc. (TRA), an independently owned, nationally recognized retirement services company, is thrilled to announce the addition of Jesse McLeod to their team as the newest Regional Plan Consultant (RPC). McLeod will be responsible for overseeing a territory that includes Arizona, Southern California, Hawaii, New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah, reporting directly to Darin Erdmann, TRA’s Director of Sales & Distribution.

Erdmann expressed his excitement about McLeod’s appointment, stating, “Jesse brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm in retirement plan solutions. He has built a solid reputation for providing exceptional service, and we are delighted to have him join the TRA team.”

In his new role at TRA, McLeod will focus on expanding the company’s client base in the southwest region. His expertise lies in designing personalized retirement plan solutions that effectively reduce taxable income for business owners. Additionally, McLeod aims to foster increased engagement with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals.

With over 15 years of experience in the financial services and retirement plan industry, McLeod has held various positions, including Retirement Plan Consultant for Paychex and Group Account Representative for Mutual of America.

McLeod is a graduate of Brigham Young University and holds the notable Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS) designation.
