Enrollify’s innovative platform connects employees with credentialed counselors who provide one-on-one benefits guidance and support. Enrollify’s personalized consultation also helps ease the burden on corporate human resources teams, who are often flooded with questions during the busy open enrollment period. “Services like Enrollify augment the capabilities of company benefits departments, and the personalized experience leaves employees feeling cared for and supported,” he says. The Enrollify platform also offers employers several ways – text, voice messages, and emails – to communicate the importance and value of their benefits to their employees.
