Pete Chuchro Named Cigna Healthcare General Manager for Arizona Market

SCOTTSDALE, Arizona – December 21, 2023 – Cigna Healthcare has named longtime company leader Pete Chuchro as general manager for its group employer business in Arizona.

In this role, Pete will be responsible for driving market growth for client employers with under 3,000 employees by creating customer value and ensuring that the local market strategy, product and network offerings meet evolving customer and client needs. He will also work with the markets’ network leaders, medical executives and others to advance outreach in the communities Cigna Healthcare serves.

Pete has been with Cigna Healthcare for nearly two decades and brings a wealth of experience to this role. He most recently served as the Director of Risk Management and Underwriting for the Arizona market, partnering with sales to consistently achieve new business, retention, revenue, and profitability goals. He is a veteran and proudly served our country as an Army Ranger Team Leader with the 75^th Ranger Regiment.

Pete resides in Peoria, Arizona and will be based at Cigna Healthcare’s Scottsdale office.
