Press Release WTW Appoints David Eisenreich to Lead Its Retirement Business in North America |
Issued by WTW Jan. 8, 2024 |
ARLINGTON, VA, January 08, 2024 — WTW (NASDAQ: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, today announced the appointment of David Eisenreich as North American head of Retirement. In this role, Eisenreich will be responsible for driving the growth strategy for Retirement in the region. He will report to Marco Boschetti, global head of Retirement, and succeeds Michael Archer, who will retire this year. “We’re excited to appoint Dave to this important leadership position,” said Boschetti. “Dave’s ability to execute strategy, combined with his growth-focused leadership, makes him well placed for this role. We look forward to his contributions as we continue to grow the Retirement business in defined benefit and defined contribution, plan administration, pension de-risking and financial wellbeing solutions.” Eisenreich joined WTW’s Retirement business in 2005. He has since held several leadership positions, most recently as head of Sales and Client Management for North America. In addition to his new responsibilities, he continues to serve as lead relationship manager on several client teams. Eisenreich has a degree in actuarial science from The Pennsylvania University. “I am thrilled to return to the business where I began my career and look forward to building on our momentum. We bring some of the best capabilities in the market to meet a wide array of client needs today, and I expect that to continue to grow,” said Eisenreich about his new role and outlook for WTW’s North American Retirement business. About WTW At WTW (NASDAQ: WTW), we provide data-driven, insight-led solutions in the areas of people, risk and capital.
