Frank Giampietro, Kevin Theissen Join Business Group on Health's Board of Directors

Issued by Business Group on Health

Jan. 30, 2024

Talented leaders have ‘invaluable skill and expertise’

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Business Group on Health, the leading non-profit organization representing large employers’ perspectives on optimizing workforce strategy through innovative health, benefits and well-being solutions and on health policy issues, has named two new board members.

Frank Giampietro, Americas chief well-being officer, EY, and Kevin Theissen, senior director of benefits, Nestlé USA, were recently appointed.

Giampietro, the first-ever Americas chief well-being officer for Ernst & Young, LLP (EY), works to create a culture that meets the physical, emotional, financial and social well-being needs of EY’s people. He previously served as president, North America advisory, for Korn Ferry.

At Nestlé USA, Theissen oversees health and well-being programs for Nestlé in the United States for all operating companies including Nestlé USA, Nestlé Health Science, Purina and Nespresso, for over 35,000 employees and their families. Prior to joining Nestlé, Kevin held multiple Total Rewards leadership roles at Macy’s, Inc., and led client service teams at Fidelity Investments.

“These talented leaders have unique strengths that will help the Business Group continue to drive change,” said Ellen Kelsay, CEO and president, Business Group on Health. “It is my distinct privilege to collaborate with them as we further our organization’s strategic mission.”

Brendon Perkins, chair of the Business Group’s board of directors and senior vice president for Global Total Rewards and People Partnering at Nielsen, said, “I am delighted to welcome Frank and Kevin to the board of Business Group on Health. Their invaluable skill and expertise will provide a strategic benefit to our organization and members for years to come.”
