Press Release PenChecks, Inc. Hires New VP of Advisor Solutions |
Issued by PenChecks Trust Feb. 21, 2024 |
SAN DIEGO, CA, – PenChecks, Inc., parent company of PenChecks Trust®, a recognized leader in outsourced benefits distribution solutions, has taken another step forward with the hiring of Wes Schevers as the company’s Vice President, Advisor Solutions. His primary responsibility involves introducing PenChecks’ new IRA technology solution – NextLevel IRA – to advisors, recordkeepers and TPAs throughout the U.S. Next-Level IRA technology provides a seamless managed account Rollover IRA process for plan participants and a mechanism for advisors to help create more favorable retirement outcomes. Schevers’ experience with the product and deep understanding of participant needs will enable PenChecks to develop deeper relationships with advisors and convert more Rollover IRAs. His unique understanding of the specific needs of these two stakeholder groups is highly valuable in helping PenChecks create meaningful end-to-end solutions. “With 10 years of sales experience in the retirement plan space and 15 years running companies, Schevers brings proven sales and leadership skills to the PenChecks team,” says Spiro Preovolos, President and CEO of PenChecks. “He has an unwavering work ethic and commitment to excellence, and his ability to connect with clients on a personal level enables him to build long-term client relationships based on our company values and sales philosophy.” Prior to joining PenChecks Wes served as Director of Sales for LeafHouse Financial, where he led the sales efforts behind the company’s institutional fiduciary services, technology solutions, and managed accounts. His experience representing the company’s account solution for 401k plans provided the knowledge and expertise to establish a solid foundation for representing PenChecks’ new IRA account solution. A resident of Georgetown, Texas, Schevers holds Bachelor and Master of Business Administration degrees from West Texas A&M University. About PenChecks Trust PenChecks Trust is a state-chartered, non-depository trust company and one of the largest independent providers of outsourced Benefit Distribution Services in the U.S. With almost 30 years in business, PenChecks Trust is an expert and industry-leading provider of unique and comprehensive solutions for a myriad of plan and distribution issues.
