RICHMOND, VA – OneDigital Investment Advisors, an SEC-registered investment adviser and wholly-owned subsidiary of OneDigital ("OneDigital"), a leading insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm, today announced it has hired Amy Flach as a Senior Retirement Plan Consultant.   In her new position, Amy will develop strong client relationships in the DC, Maryland and Virginia markets. Her responsibilities include overseeing and managing strategic retirement planning solutions for OneDigital clients and their employees.

Prior to joining OneDigital, Amy spent 18 years at Fidelity Investments, starting as a Customer Service Representative, eventually becoming Managing Director for Core Markets. As Managing Director, she oversaw a portfolio of around 40 contribution retirement relationships, generating $2 million in annual revenue. Amy was adept at managing these accounts and excelled in serving as the primary point of contact for additional services, including health savings accounts, student debt programs, and 3(16) services.

While at Fidelity, Amy's consulting expertise extended to contributing to the Defined Contribution Retirement Committees. Her insights influenced plan design, investment architecture, administrative compliance, nondiscrimination testing, and industry trends. She was recognized with a nomination for the Fidelity Investments President Circle Award in 2013.

In addition to her experience with Fidelity, Amy also worked as an ESPP/ESOP Trader at Citigroup, managing inquiries on company stock options and employee stock purchase plans. She has obtained her Series 7 (General Securities) and Series 63 (Uniform Securities).
