MINNEAPOLIS – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) is pleased to announce that Matthew Barron has joined Reinhart as an attorney in the firm’s Employee Benefits Practice. He represents clients in trials, arbitrations, mediations and informal negotiations, partnering with them to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.

Barron leverages his prior experience in the trades, particularly construction, to bring a unique perspective to ERISA litigation, and his background in civil litigation further strengthens his ability to advocate persuasively on behalf of his clients.

Additionally, he works with plan clients on benefit appeals and defense against claims for breach of fiduciary duty.
