Press Release WTW Appoints Rich Joseph as U.S. Head of Growth for Its Investments Business |

NEW YORK — WTW (NASDAQ: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, today announced the appointment of Rich Joseph as head of growth for its Investments business in the U.S. In this role, effective today, Joseph has overall responsibility for growth of the business in the region. He oversees the distribution of intellectual capital and solutions, ensuring they meet all client and prospect needs. Joseph is based in WTW’s Boston office and reports to Nimisha Srivastava, head of Investments for North America. He is a member of the U.S. Investments leadership team. Joseph brings nearly three decades of retirement and investment industry experience to WTW. Before joining WTW, Joseph spent almost 20 years with Mercer, most recently as U.S. distribution leader for retirement and investment. Previously, he oversaw Mercer’s outsourced chief investment officer business in the U.S. and served as the chief operating officer for the company’s Investment business for 10 years. Before joining Mercer, Joseph was chief operating officer at Fleet Investment Management. “Rich’s extensive experience in the investments and retirements business makes him the ideal candidate to lead our growth initiatives,” said Srivastava. “His keen understanding of the U.S. landscape will no doubt be an asset to the WTW Investments business.
