Leading Producer Matt Solomon Representing TRA Once Again

APPLETON, WI  – The Retirement Advantage, Inc. (TRA), an independently owned, industry-leading retirement plan solutions provider is pleased to announce the re-hiring of Matt Solomon as their latest Regional Plan Consultant, covering a territory that includes Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.  Solomon will report to Darin Erdmann, Director of Sales and Distribution with TRA.

In his role, Solomon will collaborate with top-tier plan advisors, recordkeeping wholesalers, and plan providers in the retirement plan sector. His primary focus will be on designing and implementing optimal employer-sponsored retirement plans for both private and public (not-for-profit) sectors, aiming to meet the design goals of business owners and their employees.

With over 22 years of experience in the financial services and retirement plans industries, Solomon has excelled in both sales and support roles, becoming exceptionally skilled at designing and implementing retirement plans.

Solomon holds a bachelor’s degree from Bluffton University in Bluffton, OH. He also has Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS) and PLANSPONSOR Retirement Professional (PRP) designations. Solomon resides in Florida.
