Please Welcome Eric Smith to Kushner & Company's Retirement Team

The Retirement Team at Kushner & Company is growing! We’re pleased to introduce Eric Smith as our new Department Manager for Retirement Services.

Eric has been working in the recordkeeping and financial services industry for over 20 years. After his initial intention towards a career in education after graduating college with a degree in history, Eric went on to the private sector to work as a processor for Great West Life. Since that time, he has worked as an Onboarding Specialist, Relationship Manager, and Participant Investment Educator across several different companies, including TD Ameritrade and TIAA. 

With an extensive background in Third Party Administration services and a deep understanding of ERISA and IRS rules and regulations, Eric was a great fit for the Department Manager role at Kushner & Company. 

Outside of work, Eric spends his free time taking care of his 12-year old dog, Jasper. He also enjoys running, volleyball and golf as hobbies when the weather accommodates.
