“I am honored to announce an amazing group of industry leaders that champion equity, mentorship, and the power of a united community joining our 2025 WIPN Board,” Roberta Hess, the WIPN’s newly elected president, said in a statement.

The 2025 WIPN Board of Directors are:

  • Christina Tunison, Vice President – LPL Financial
  • Tina Schackman, Treasurer – BFSG LLC
  • Lauren Hill, Secretary – John Hancock

Looking ahead to 2025, WIPN stated that key initiatives include the launch of an online job board. The organization will also continue to grow its Allies in Action program and develop its mentorship and executive coaching program.

Hess replaced former President Rosalyn Brown, whose term ended after she saw the organization through its 15-year anniversary earlier this year.

WIPN currently has more than 30 local chapters, 45 corporate sponsors and more than 1,500 active volunteers.
