Fenton D. Strickland Named Chair of Krieg DeVault's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice

Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce that Partner Fenton D. Strickland has been named as the firm's new Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Chair. He takes over the position previously held by Partner Alexander L. Mounts.

Mr. Strickland has been part of the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice since joining the firm in 2016, focusing his practice on employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and ESOP transactions, while also advising clients on all matters of retirement and incentive plans. He came to Krieg DeVault after many years of work as a CPA and then as an attorney serving a wide range of industries and companies of all sizes. Mr. Strickland is a graduate from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law (summa cum laude, 2005) and twice served the Indiana Supreme Court, first as a Judicial Clerk and later as Counselor to the Chief Justice.
