Corebridge Digitally Enhances Retirement Plan Portals for Participants and Plan Sponsors

Corebridge Financial Inc. has launched enhancements to the retirement plan digital experiences offered to plan participants and sponsors, making it easier to find, access and use plan information and resources. The improvements include a streamlined Wellness Center that centralizes online tools, calculators, and education materials to help employees take action on their financial wellness journey, and a redesigned SponsorFIT^® plan administration portal for employers featuring enhanced dashboards, advanced reporting tools and customization options.

New financial wellness experience for plan participants

The new Wellness Center, now available for Corebridge plan participants, consolidates the full breadth of tools, calculators, and education materials to help employees take action on their financial wellness journey with confidence.

Within the Wellness Center, participants self-select from one of four financial planning categories based on their greatest need: building general financial knowledge, managing debt, saving more or retirement readiness.

Depending on their choice, participants are directed to education modules, calculators or discovery tools such as Retirement Pathfinder, which helps participants set goals, adjust strategies and model scenarios.

New SponsorFIT resources for plan sponsors

The new SponsorFIT portal provides easier access to vital plan information, trends, enhanced reporting and actionable insights to help sponsors administer their plan with fewer clicks while staying focused on what really matters—their employees.

The all-new SponsorFIT dashboard provides a snapshot of key metrics and plan benchmarks clearly displayed to help measure plan health. The enhanced Plan Health Dashboard integrates participant engagement information with financial wellness tools to help plan sponsors understand where their employees are in their journey. They can use this information to create custom plan goals and target actions aligned with their employees’ needs.

Plan sponsors will also have access to a robust reporting library featuring standard and custom options, at both the plan and participant-level.
