Acquisition Enhances Executive Benefits Capabilities and Expands Reach in the East Region

Overland Park, KS  – OneDigital Investment Advisors LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of OneDigital®, has acquired BoliColi, an independent consulting firm specializing in executive and director benefit solutions. This acquisition deepens OneDigital’s capabilities in the East Region and enhances its ability to deliver tailored retention and financial wellness strategies for clients nationwide.

Founding principals John Gagnon and John Waters have spent more than 30 years designing benefit programs that help financial institutions and corporations attract and retain top executive talent. BoliColi offers a full suite of Executive Benefit Solutions, including nonqualified plan consulting and customized investment and insurance funding strategies. Their specialties include bank-owned life insurance (BOLI), corporate-owned life insurance (COLI), insurance company-owned life insurance (ICOLI), credit union-owned life insurance (CUOLI), deferred compensation plans, split dollar insurance and life insurance retirement plans.
