Join us in congratulating José Martin Jara, who was selected to serve as leadership in the American Bar Association | Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section. Jose will serve as Vice-Chair of the Section’s IRA and Plan Distributions Committee, which focuses on legislation, regulations and other developments relating to IRA contributions, distributions, rollovers and investments. He’ll also be a member of the Joint Committee on Employee Benefits. Composed of representatives from various ABA sections, JCEB provides CLE programs, webinars and technical sessions on employee benefits and executive compensation. |
