NORTHRIDGE, Calif. -- Kantor & Kantor, LLP is proud to announce the appointment of five Senior Partners who will lead the firm together into its next chapter of growth and success. Timothy Rozelle, Susan L. Meter, Jaclyn D. Conover, Andrew M. Kantor, and Cari M. Schwartz have been named Senior Partners, assuming elevated roles that reflect their leadership, expertise, and dedication to clients.

The creation of the redefined Senior Partner role underscores the firm's commitment to honoring its legacy while ensuring its future. This leadership expansion comes as Founding Partners Glenn R. Kantor and Lisa S. Kantor prepare for their planned transition toward retirement beginning in 2026.

Leadership Roles and Focus Areas

• Andrew M. Kantor – Will continue to provide strategic leadership for the firm, guiding its vision and direction while maintaining his active practice in Employee Benefits (ERISA) Law.  
• Timothy Rozelle – Leads AI and technology initiatives and serves as a senior litigator across ERISA, Bad Faith, Individual, and Class Action cases.  
• Susan L. Meter – Heads the Pension department, positioning the firm for significant growth in this complex practice area.  
• Cari M. Schwartz – Manages the Long-Term Disability Pre-Litigation team, where her leadership has produced exceptional results for clients nationwide.  
• Jaclyn D. Conover – Oversees all Bad Faith cases and leads the firm's growing Long-Term Care litigation department.

Honoring the Founders' Legacy

On January 1, 2026, Lisa S. Kantor will transition to part-time, while Glenn R. Kantor will gradually reduce his role over time. Both will remain involved with the firm, ensuring continuity of mentorship and client advocacy.
