Press Release

Jennifer Dunsizer Admitted to American College of Employee Benefits Counsel

Issued by Vorys

Nov. 10, 2025

Vorys is pleased to announce that Jen Dunsizer, a partner in the firm’s Columbus office, has been inducted into the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel (ACEBC).  ACEBC is a not-for-profit association of attorneys, whose practices encompass the full spectrum of employee benefits law and clients, including employers, plans, plan participants and relevant government agencies.

To qualify for membership, an attorney must have at least 20 years of experience in the practice of employee benefits law.  According to the ACEBC, attorneys are selected for fellowship based on having “demonstrated their leadership, character, ability and professional responsibility” and for “their significant contributions to the advancement of the employee benefits field.”

Jen’s practice focuses on employee benefits, executive compensation plans, the design and implementation of retirement plans, deferred compensation, health and welfare plans, insurance benefits, short and long-term cash and equity-based incentive plans, and public company disclosure obligations and merger and acquisition activity.  Prior to joining Vorys, she served as managing corporate counsel for a large, publicly traded employer.

Jen currently serves as the chair of the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Section Employee Plan and Executive Compensation Group, the vice chair of the American Bar Association Tax Section's Employee Benefits Executive Compensation, Fringe Benefits and Federal Securities Law Subcommittee, and on multiple committees as a member of the American Bar Association’s Joint Committee on Employee Benefits.

About Vorys: Vorys was established in 1909 with just four attorneys and has grown to nearly 375 attorneys in 10 offices in Ohio, Washington, D.C., Texas, Pennsylvania, California, London and Berlin.  Vorys currently ranks as one of the 200 largest law firms in the United States according to American Lawyer magazine.  Learn more at Vorys.com.
