“I am honored to announce an amazing group of industry leaders that champion equity, mentorship and the power of a unity community to our 2026 WIPN Board,” shared Roberta Hess, the 2025 President of WIPN. “Moving into 2026, the board had four open roles: President, Vice President, Treasurer and Operations,” shared Hess.

“2026 will be a defining year for our organization. As we expand our membership, elevate our programming, and deepen the value we deliver to our more than 60 corporate sponsors and their employees, we’re positioning ourselves for meaningful growth. Our vision is to stand at the center of that momentum and become the premier organization for women across financial services - driving impact, opportunity, and advancement across the sector,” shared Kim Ryan, the 2026 president elect.

Founded in 2009, WIPN.org is a 501(c)6 non-profit organization that promotes inclusivity and diversity for women in the retirement industry. WIPN comprises a national network of more than 1,300 active volunteers, organized in over 30 local chapters across the United States. Members include women at all career levels — from entry-level to executive management.
