Winners of PSCA’s annual Signature Award competition announced at the 2026 National Conference.

Arlington, VA — The Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA), part of the American Retirement Association (ARA), is pleased to announce the winners of its 2026 Signature Awards, one of the longest‑running and most respected retirement plan education and communication recognition programs in the industry.

PSCA’s Signature Awards recognize plan education initiatives that embrace creativity and innovation, leading to measurable, positive outcomes for plan participants.

“Helping employees understand their retirement benefits and take action toward financial security continues to be a critical challenge for employers,” said Will Hansen, executive director of PSCA. “This year’s Signature Award winners demonstrate how thoughtful, innovative education strategies can drive stronger engagement and better outcomes for employees.”

A panel of industry professionals evaluated submissions and selected winners across multiple categories reflecting innovation, impact, and excellence in retirement plan education and communications.
