Acquisition brings claims and plan administration in-house, strengthening OneVeracity’s integrated health platform for self-funded employers.

KENNESAW, GA -- OneVeracity (formerly Veracity Benefits) today announced its acquisition of Anchor Benefit Consulting, Inc., a Florida based third party administrator (TPA) that provides employer health plan administration services including medical claims processing, COBRA administration, and the management of health reimbursement arrangements and flexible spending accounts. The acquisition was effective May 1, 2026.

Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Florida, Anchor Benefit Consulting brings deep expertise in compliant, transparent, and high touch benefit administration for self funded employer groups. The acquisition strengthens OneVeracity’s integrated model by adding in house plan administration capabilities that enhance coordination across Health Plan Solutions, VeracityRx pharmacy benefits, Care Solutions, and Onsite Health Centers.
