The Wagner Law Group Welcomes Jason Lindquist as Chief Financial Officer

We are delighted to announce that Jason Lindquist has joined our firm as Chief Financial Officer. Jason’s exceptional financial acumen, strategic leadership, and operational expertise make him an outstanding addition to our executive team. His extensive experience guiding organizations through growth, modernization, financial transformation, and operational excellence will be instrumental as we continue to strengthen our firm’s foundation and support our long-term strategic objectives.

Jason has more than 25 years of senior leadership experience spanning finance, operations, administration, and technology. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional success in aligning financial stewardship with organizational growth, strengthening infrastructure, and leading strategic modernization initiatives across complex organizations. In addition to serving as Chief Financial Officer, Jason will also help lead the firm’s operational strategy and business infrastructure in a role that includes Chief Operating Officer responsibilities. As Chief Financial Officer, he will oversee the firm’s financial strategy, accounting, forecasting, and administrative operations while also supporting key operational leadership initiatives that advance the firm’s continued growth, innovation, and commitment to excellence.

Prior to joining The Wagner Law Group, Jason served as Chief Administrative Officer for USI Consulting Group, where he continued in a senior leadership capacity following its acquisition of Hooker & Holcombe, Inc. In these roles, he oversaw finance and accounting functions, directed budgeting and forecasting, supported executive planning, and contributed to enterprise-wide operational initiatives. During his tenure, he successfully modernized financial systems, strengthened internal controls, reduced receivables by 70%, implemented cloud-based HR and accounting platforms, and led significant operational integration and facilities initiatives.

Jason began his career in systems analysis and applications development before advancing into executive leadership, giving him a uniquely comprehensive perspective on financial strategy, operational management, and technological innovation. His collaborative, data-informed leadership style has consistently delivered measurable improvements in financial performance, efficiency, and organizational sustainability.

He holds a Master of Business Administration in Operations & Information Management from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University.
