Michelle Liang appointed incoming General Manager, bringing continuity, customer focus, and product leadership to CalcAir’s next chapter

Hunt Valley, MD -- CalcAir Employee Benefit Systems Inc. today announced that Karen Dillman Sebach has retired from her role as General Manager. Michelle Liang has been appointed incoming General Manager and will lead CalcAir into its next chapter.

Sebach leaves CalcAir after a rewarding tenure marked by a steady commitment to exceptional customer service and support for employee benefit and pension professionals. Under her leadership, the CalcAir team has advanced a variety of key initiatives, including recently launched, cloud-based platform MyCalcAir.

Liang, a designated CPA, brings experience across operations, technology, customer experience, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and value creation. Before joining Gemini she held leadership roles in Transaction Strategy and Execution at Ernst & Young, where she focused on M&A consulting and business transformation.
