LIMRA and LOMA Announce Two New Board Members: Jay Kaduson of Voya Financial and Jolee Crosby of Swiss Re

WINDSOR, Conn., — LL Global, Inc., the parent organization of LIMRA and LOMA, today announced that Jay Kaduson, chief executive officer of Workplace Solutions at Voya Financial, and Jolee Crosby, chief executive officer of Reinsurance Canada at Swiss Re, have joined the LL Global board of directors, the governing body of LIMRA and LOMA.

The LL Global board of directors, composed of senior executives from LIMRA and LOMA member companies, provides oversight and guidance to LIMRA and LOMA to ensure the organizations’ strategic direction continues to meet the changing needs of member companies.

About the New Board Members

Jay Kaduson is chief executive officer of Workplace Solutions for Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA), where he oversees Voya’s Retirement, Wealth Management and Employee Benefits businesses and serves on the company’s Executive Committee. He brings more than 28 years of financial services leadership experience, including as a principal at PwC overseeing the firm’s insurance, retirement and wealth practices, and 16 years at MetLife in leadership roles across group benefits, wealth, retirement and asset management. Kaduson holds a Juris Doctor from the New England School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College.

Jolee Crosby is chief executive officer of Reinsurance Canada for Swiss Re, overseeing the Property & Casualty and Life & Health reinsurance market units as Chief Agent for Canada. Since joining Swiss Re in 1998, she has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as global head of Life & Health Underwriting and Medical Reinsurance. Crosby holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Kansas City.
