ASC Partners with PlanPort, Decreasing the Manual Workload of Plan Takeovers, Mergers and Acquisitions

Issued by ASC

Oct. 15, 2026

API integration connects ASC’s web-based Plan Document Generation & Management System with PlanPort’s intelligent analysis for document onboarding.

West Palm Beach, Florida — Actuarial Systems Corporation (ASC), a leading provider of retirement plan administration software solutions, today announced an integration partnership with PlanPort, an AI-enabled platform for retirement plan document analysis and onboarding.

Through the partnership, PlanPort will use ASC’s API technology to securely connect with ASC’s web-based Plan Document System. The integration enables plan document data to flow from PlanPort into ASC’s plan document system and vice versa. PlanPort analyzes plan documents from any provider.

“The ASC and PlanPort integration brings many benefits,” explains Sheryl Stucky, Executive Vice President of ASC. “With this integration our mutual clients can exchange data efficiently and create the workflows that suit them best.”

For third-party administrators (TPAs) and recordkeepers using both systems, the integration offers benefits including:

  • Faster takeover onboarding. PlanPort reviews incoming plan documents and flags provisions that fall outside the TPA’s or recordkeeper’s preferred design, so staff can focus their review where it matters most.
  • Less re-keying into ASC. Once a plan design is approved, PlanPort maps the provisions and loads them directly into ASC’s plan document system, reducing redundant data entry and the errors that come with it.
  • More efficient plan merger review. PlanPort’s comparison tools help identify potential protected benefits and plan differences for review by TPA and recordkeeper experts.

“Our integration with ASC gives mutual customers a faster way to onboard takeover plans and review plan mergers, with their own experts making the final call,” said David Levine, Founder of PlanPort.

ASC and PlanPort share a focus on reducing manual processes and helping retirement plan professionals manage increasingly complex information more efficiently.
