NCEO executive director Corey Rosen reviews the latest stock plan developments, including new legislation in Korea, a NLRB decision clarifying the legality of employee involvement committees (often found at dedicated ESOP companies and the like), and comments from the chair of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) indicating that FASB is not inclined to revisit the issue of stock option accounting.
