NCEO executive director Corey Rosen discusses the 'Rank and File Stock Options Act'; the 'Workplace Stock Option Act of 2002'; a new study showing that 401(k) plans are still heavily invested in employer stock; Revenue Procedure 2002-50, which exempts brokers from certain stock option reporting requirements; and the International Accounting Standards Board's unanimous vote to require companies to expense stock options.
